Chris Thom called just a couple of minutes after I received Costco’s email letting me know the name of their Subaru authorized dealer. From that first phone call to the day I drove my Forester home Ch received Costco’s email letting me know the name of their Subaru authorized dealer. From that first phone call to the day I drove my Forester home Chris was always friendly, professional, and helpful. During that first call I knew he was listening to me and understood what my “must haves” and “deal breakers” were. It was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. After I had my car a few weeks I met with Tina Dillon. She spent an hour with me answering my questions and giving me great hints. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I was much more comfortable with my car and its many bells and whistles after meeting with her. The 45-minute drive to Surprise from my home was well worth it. If they were closer I would definitely use their service department. More
