I bought a used car from here a few weeks ago. I can’t thank everyone here enough for such an amazing experience! I’ve always been paranoid of dealerships because many will do whatever possible to rip you off, but that was not the case with this place. They are 100% committed to great customer service and there’s no doubt that they showed it to me. They treated my boyfriend and I like a VIP the entire time. During the test drive, my boyfriend noticed a leak in the back of the car and the dealership took care of that before I bought it. It took some time, but there was always someone different updating us every 15-30 minutes to let us know where the progress was on fixing it, which I appreciated. I also saw in the paperwork that they gave me, along with the Carfax report, that they took great care of the car right after it was traded in. It had a ton of basic maintenance done on it, which tells you how well they take care of their cars. That definitely told me that I was purchasing my car from the right place. The buying process was simple and stress-free, as I never felt pressured. Something else I love about this place is that you can bring your dogs along, too! They let my small dog come along for the test drive and they treated her as a furry VIP as well. There’s no doubt that this place is special. The kindness everyone offers here is hard to find anymore in this crazy world. I traveled 2 hrs to check out the car that I bought and I’m glad that I did it. I want to thank Alex and everyone else for everything that you have done for me. This is sure an experience I will never forget and I’ll always recommend this place 100%! More
