Very friendly staff, clean facilities, and great atmosphere. I didn't feel pressured or hassled. The employees had a genuine feel about them. I loved that they had snacks, hot cocoa, and coffee. I usually do not leave reviews on things but I felt this was necessary here. My wife and I are both new to the area and recently retired. We were in the market for a new Audi to start traveling the southwest and west coast. So we found a used Q5 with low miles and all the options we wanted. Specifically adaptive cruise control. The only reason this review got 2 stars instead of none was our salesmen Travis who was wonderful and went above and beyond for our sales experience. He was politely and professionally insistent with his calls and follow ups. He made the buying experience easy. So now to the issue. The car was advertised with adaptive cruise control, I Had the cars.com advertisement printed out. When we took it home I realized the next day it did not have it. Called Travis he directed me to a Scott. Scott said he had to talk to a manager. Heard back from a lovely manager named Marianne and told her the issue and that there was a similar model with the adaptive cruise on it. She seemed genuinely concerned and really willing to solve our disappointment in regards to the false advertisement. Never heard back from her I heard she was let go for some reason. Then talked to Scott again and he informed me that I can into that same model which was more mileage than mine. Mind you, this was 2 weeks after I bought mine and they were similarly priced. Scott told me he can do it for a 12,000 difference! My wife and I were at breakfast and told him that was rather insulting. I was told in one of our conversations that yes, I may have a copy of the cars.com advertisement, that there is always a disclaimer about the info may not always be correct. It seems that they are not interested in trying to do a lateral move in a similarly optioned and mileaged model. I would of gave them a few thousand to get in the other model not 12k. What they were telling me is that having my car for 2 weeks and only putting 150 miles in it that it lost 11k in value? False advertising is ethically and legally wrong. I will be contacting the Arizona Attorney General’s office today and filing an official complaint under Arizona's Consumer Fraud Act ARS 44-1521. The AG in Arizona is consumer friendly and has ruled in favor of consumers many times and generously. More

Alex was patient and thorough and I highly recommend him in the Sales Department. It is important for a great dealership to have both departments with great strength and Surprise Subaru definitely does. More
