I have been working the with Superstore family company since 2009 and have never been disappointed. Their service is great, their atmosphere is great, and the comfort of the service experience and the sales experience is exceptional. This west side store carries all of those thing over from their sister store in Chandler. I was in a rush the day I bought it because I did not plan on buying a new car and had so much to get done before my trip the next morning. My car was ready, the manager Charles made quick work of getting my deal all sealed up, and Adrian Calzada took good, and quick care of me during the finance process. On a hectic, busy day, this store and its employees took my needs and wants into their concerns and made me feel comfortable and well attended to. There is no better place to buy a new Subaru than the Subaru Superstore family. More

We just discussed what I was looking for and what they had to offer. When it came time for the Sales Manager to come out and close the deal, he was low-key and conversational. We did some friendly negotiating and quickly came to a mutually acceptable price. It helped that I had done a lot of research on the vehicle I wanted and that I had consulted Kelley Blue Book online (kbb.com) to find out their invoice price and the value of my trade-in. They treated me with respect and I left feeling that this was the best car-purchase experience I've ever had (in 50+ years of buying cars). Some other things to note: This location has been open only about 6 months, so it is large, clean, and well-appointed. The service area is bigger than any other I've ever seen, and it has a large waiting room with comfortable chairs, a large table for eight people at a time to use laptops and charge devices, and a large array of beverages and snacks (including healthy items such as fruit). Although it doesn't have a lot of inventory on site yet, it is a branch of the Subaru Superstore of Chandler. So, they can bring out vehicles from Chandler in just a couple hours. They also have a training specialist on-site, who spent over an hour helping me to customize this vehicle and teaching me how to use all the technology. More

Haggle Free Experience We were looking for a vehicle that we could retire with and use to take us to all of our adventures as we retire. We plan to visit every State in the United States. We looked for months for the perfect SUV and decided on Subaru Forrester because of it's dependability, design and the amazing moon roof. We test drove with Andrew and his knowledge of the Subaru Forrester was well above average. Mike gave us the lowest pricing of any other Subaru dealerships we had visited. (Total of three others). He was straight forward, an honest salesman (crazy right?). Dusty the "Finance Guy" was extremely efficient in explaining the additional warranties available for this vehicle with no pressure. It has been quite awhile since we have bought a new car and the technology has advanced significantly so the additional warranty is an excellent buy - 7 years/100,000 miles. Tina was great in helping us to navigate all the technology and features of our new vehicle. She even paired my phone with the vehicle's bluetooth option - So much fun. More
