I KISS Subaru Superstore of Surprise! So glad I did! I'd spent probably 6-8 weeks researching cars, bouncing around between Toyota, Honda, Mazda, Nissan, Subaru, then cycling back through that list again.... not quite convinced that I even needed a new car. Had already been chewed up and spit out by several dealerships on Camelback Road … walking into a car dealership is scary! I only offer you my background history to put into better perspective why my experience at Subaru Superstore of Surprise was such a stand out, unexpected delight. In a nutshell, I've never had such a positive experience IN MY LIFE purchasing a car! I don't care where you live, even if you live out of state, if you're considering a Subaru, you have to make it out to Subaru Superstore of Surprise. First dealership to actually explain the pros and cons of the various models, including aspects of the Subaru that none of the other dealerships had touched on.... I was never rushed ... looked at figures, discussed accessory options, vacillating between a Crosstrek, Highlander and an Outback, went back to figures yada yada ...even left to 'sleep on it' before running back the next evening to purchase my Outback (I should have bought it the first night - I knew I'd fallen in love). All I can say is that I love my new Outback so much more because it was 100% my idea to buy it, not the dealership's. Kudos to Alex Zimmerman, my salesman ... this is all about him... he didn't 'sell me a car'... he helped me fall in love with my Outback. It doesn't stop there.... Ken and Charles, the two Sales Managers I met, were low key, friendly.... again, more concerned that I find 'my car’ than making a sale. Even signing on the dotted line in finance was a happy experience with Dusty. Last step, reviewing all the bells and whistles in the car with Tina... This is family and you can tell all these people love where they work. FUN! I LOVE MY SUBARU!! I now understand why Subaru uses the LOVE motif in their sales campaigns … these cars are truly love-worthy. If this sounds like a fairy tale story, well, strange as it sounds, it's true. Btw, Subaru Superstore of Surprise is new and absolutely beautiful. Even though it's across town for me and even though I have the option of going to any Subaru dealership, I look forward to driving the distance for future oil changes, service calls etc. It's just that good. Our goal was to start with one dealership, see what they had to offer and move on to the next two. We are retired and wanted the best deal/value available. We knew what we wanted on a car for the right price. Well, we didn't think our search would end with the first visit. Since we started our search on line Mike Scribner was our contact via email. He was prepared to show us exactly what we were looking for. Our whole experience with Mike was great!! He listened to what our needs/wants were. Then we took a test drive. That was it--price and options--SOLD!! The Subaru Forester is the perfect car for us. Not only is the car wonderful, so is the dealership and the people who work there. Besides the excellent service from Mike, we met with Tina who took us out to the bay where our car was and went over every detail on how the car works. The 3 of us sat in the car and she made sure we understood all the workings inside. She did not want us to drive off not knowing how the car operates. No other dealership in the past has ever done this. Not ever having owned a Subaru before, I am so glad we went to Surprise. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants excellence. Everyone we came in contact with including Charles Inman and the general manager, is fantastic to work with. It made what could have been an experience to dread to one that was very pleasant. Our research made Subaru a top contender for excellence. At the time we didn't realize this dealership was excellence as well. Who knew our first visit to this dealership would be the only one we made. So glad we came!! Thank you, Subaru Superstore Surprise!!!! More

As I live over two hours away The staff at Subaru Superstore of Surprise made this one of my most pleasant car experiences, especially Mike Scribner. As I live over two hours away, much of the business was conducted over the phone, including both the sale price and my trade-in. They were no games, no haggling, everyone was fair, upfront and honest. The vehicle was ready when I arrived and was exactly as advertised. Paperwork was also fairly quick. The business itself was clean and had a professional appearance. Could not ask for a better experience. Nice job Mike!!!!! More

Turns out Southern California dealerships didn't meet my needs, so we flew out to buy our vehicle from Shelby Lane. She gave us her best price via the website chat window, and it was lower than anyone quoted in California. The dealership is immaculate and everyone we encountered went out of their way to welcome us. It truly was 5-star service, and Shelby was exceedingly patient explaining everything. She was accessible via cell as we needed her after the purchase. Call me crazy, but I'm thinking of coming back for our next purchase, even though it's a 7-hour drive back home. I had already been looking online and had a particular car in mind. They were quick to pull the car for me to see, yet patient to listen to my needs and concerns. I didn't feel "pressure" like most dealerships. It was a very stress free experience. The Sales manager took the time to answer my questions. I highly recommend this dealership. I was so pleased, I don't think I'd buy from anywhere else in the future. More

That afternoon Judy and I went back to purchase a 2017 Outback. Mike guided us through the paperwork and introduced us to Adrian to go through the finance stuff. The next day we went back to have Tina acquaint us with the intricacies of the new car...mind boggling, but very thorough. She spent over an hour with us and sincerely invited us to call her at anytime we need an update. By far the best car-buying experience we've ever had!! More

Shelby is the best salesperson I have ever worked with. Going through finance with Dusty was a breeze and once again, there was no pressure to purchase anything else. Tina showed me the ins and outs of my car and I was out of the dealership in my new car in record time. More
Finally part of the Subaru Family! First off, we (my wife and I) came into the dealership a couple days before with the "willingness to be sold" a WRX. Really just wanted to look and see if one would fall into our budget and the different options. The guy that helped us, actually helped us out the door with his bland and careless attitude and we talked ourselves out of wanting to upgrade vehicles. Not even before the end of the day, we get a call from Mike apologizing that the guy who helped us no longer worked for the company. Made sense. Either way Mike was very helpful and made us want to come back to look at options again. This experience was way better and Mike helped us get the vehicles and the deal we wanted so before the end of the day I drove off in a WRX, that they didn't even have at their dealership at first, and my wife drove off in a Forester. Everybody was super helpful and made us feel welcome instead of pressured to buy. Tina helped us learn about or new vehicles features which was a nice final touch. Markos also helped me with advice about upgrading (maybe eventually). More
