Understand that it was not his fault that the appointment was not successfully booked, but as a service adviser he should at least express sorry to my case at the first place. I was being treated like a random person who want to drop in and pretend I had a appointment booked. All he need to do is just a truly heartful sorry and help me book a appointment which he did none of the two. Some other staff i met was really friendly. Was happy with Subaru supercenter for a long time but this is the first time i'm thinking to switch to a different dealership for my car services if these kind of things happen again. More

My express advisor was Ms. Swinford. She was very professional and informative. I went into dealership for semi-annual oil change and vehicle inspection. I found out I neede Swinford. She was very professional and informative. I went into dealership for semi-annual oil change and vehicle inspection. I found out I needed a new battery. It was ordered and I came back to have it installed. My advisor even installed a new filters inside and under the hood for me. No problems and my vehicle is running fine! Excellent experience! More
Griz was helpful and accommodating when test driving the various cars. I was glad when he called to let us know that two 2025 Outbacks had just come in.
