The reason for the service was a cargo tray installation. I was greeted quickly and escorted to the lounge area. I was just getting comfortable when I was informed that my Forester was ready to go. In the short amount of time, the installation was complete and a 27 point inspection was also done. I loved the staff, except the financing manager. ‘I came in with a loan from my bank and their financing manager insisted I run my credit and request another loan.
