He was very knowledgeable and took the time to help us to understand all the differences between each model and figure out what car would best fit our needs. We felt very comfortable working with Ken because he was very straightforward and honest and answered the thousands of questions we had. Then when it came to financing we worked with Luke who was also great. Luke took the time to go over every single detail so we knew exactly what we were signing. He was able to find us the best financing rate and then spent a lot time explaining all our options and answering our many questions. We never felt pressured to buy any "extras" but it was good to see all our options and we were able to work out a great deal with an extended warranty that still fit our budget. Another note I would like to point out is the excellent customer service at Subaru Stamford. After narrowing it down to the Subaru Impreza that we wanted we made an appointment to come on a Friday evening to finalize everything. After getting stuck in traffic we were very late and thought we would have to come back the next day but Ken & Luke stayed almost two hours after the dealership hours to work with us. Most people would be rushing to get home on a Friday evening they truly went above and beyond to work with us around our busy work schedules! Overall, Ken and Luke made the entire process easy. These guys really care about their customers. Purchasing a car is a large investment and Ken & Luke really took time to make sure we knew all our options before we made any decisions. If you are looking for excellent customer service and a great deal then I would highly recommend purchasing your car at Stamford Subaru. More

WOW!! I am amazed with the wonderful experience of purchasing a car from Stamford Subaru! This could not have been made possible without the help of Aki Stefanidis. Aki does not only make you feel comfortable with the entire process, he makes you feel like a friend. He is straight forward and honest. Aki has a great deal of experience and passion for what he does. Aki and Bobby John also have a wonderful sense of humor, which made the experience that much more enjoyable. You won't find a better deal anywhere else (we looked). I will highly recommend Stamford Subaru to friends, family or anyone looking for a great deal and knowledgeable staff. Side note: I'm only saying this because someone gave an unfair review because of the building. Yes, the building could use some updating, but to be honest, I'm not there to rent out the space to live in. I'm there for a great car, at a great price with amazing service, and that's what I got! I recently purchased my first car in 8 years, a pre-owned Subaru Outback. In my 40 years of buying cars, this was certainly one of the most pleasant experiences. Although Brad (finance), Jim (pre-owned sales), and Danny (service) were in different departments - they were uniform in their professionalism, courtesy, honesty (refreshing in a car dealership!), and in the lengths they went to answer or compensate my concerns. Though I live in Norwalk, it was well worth the 20 minute drive to their conveniently (next to exit 6 of I-95) located dealership. It's my first Subaru and I just adore the Outback. Who knew a car so many amenities could be so affordable? More

When it was time for me to look for a new car. I went into Subaru and I was first Helped by Dan Oconnor. He took a lot of time with me looking at the Cross Treck and the Immpraza 5 door. I wanted a goo into Subaru and I was first Helped by Dan Oconnor. He took a lot of time with me looking at the Cross Treck and the Immpraza 5 door. I wanted a good car for the snow and bad weather. I also looked at the Kia, Madza, Hundi and the Toyata C. I did not like any of the cars but the Subaru. It drove like my old 300 D Mercedes but was not good in the winter. Dan was very honest with me and I made sure that the Cross Treck would fit in our tight spaces where I live in Stamford. I went back with my mother to buy the car but Dan was not there. So to find out about the Costo Discount we got to Jonathan DiMgelio who we ended up with by getting the 5 Door Imprezza limited. When Jonathan was not in I talked with Keith Britt and he was also very helpful. They have a great staff in Stamford and makes me feel welcome when I come in with questions. I will recommend Stamford Subaru to my friends. This is a great car in the snow and I am very happy with my choice. I am not afraid now to wait on a hill like I was in my old car which was a taytoa Corolla. I do not slip also in the rain. More
Jim Gay was wonderful to work with: he helped us understand the differences in the models and wasn't too pushy. I worked with Aki to buy a used 2011 Subaru Legacy and felt comfortable throughout the entire sales process. I'm fairly new to buying cars but have already had awful experiences of salesman being "wishy w felt comfortable throughout the entire sales process. I'm fairly new to buying cars but have already had awful experiences of salesman being "wishy washy", unhelpful, strong handed, standoffish, you name it. Aki was great, totally personable, helpful, and willing to work with me to get the best price for the vehicle I was purchasing while meeting all my needs. I would highly recommend Aki to anyone looking to buy a car, and would absolutely go back to him again. Bobby was also a pleasure and helped contribute to the overall nice, comfortable, and genuine atmosphere at the dealership. The financing part of the process was my most dreaded after the last experience I had where the associate changed the interest rate, didn't say anything, and tried to force me into quickly signing the agreement without looking it over. Brad did nothing of the sort and was never pushy. Overall and A+ for these guys. Great team and highly recommended all around. More
The staff at Subaru of Stamford made the leasing of a new car on of the easiest, most pleasant and cost savings experience I have ever encountered when purchasing a large ticket item. Jonathan D. my salesman was so busy the day I walked in he had an other staff member take me out on a test drive. So instead of wasting my time he used a team approach to keep me satisfied. He and I discussed the type of payment with the least amount down and worked up a very competitive price. I was so impressed with the way everything was handled and the fact that they didn't push all the "Extras", that I actually bought the maintenance program (something I have never done but would strongly recommend on a lease). Will definitely be recommending people to go to Subaru of Stamford!!! Tom A More
I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience in leasing a new Subaru Crosstrek. I emailed Jonathan D. about a price quote and got a response in less than 24 hours. Upon meeting Jonathan who was with another customer and I didn't make an appointment, he quickly found someone to give me a test drive while he was with the other customer. When I returned, he asked me what I was looking for and I told him a low money down lease. There was no back and forth. He showed me the price which I had researched earlier and he was VERY competitive. I signed the docs, they found me a car within 5 days. I went back signed the papers met the finance person Luke who without any pressure explained to me the service package. I have owned over 20 cars in my life and NEVER would buy an "Extra" until Luke who made it impossible to pass up. The next day Jonathan called to see how I liked the car. The car is great and so practical. I also own a 2011 BMW 328xi and understand they are two different cars but also know that the Subaru is so much lower in maintenance that I can afford both.
