Quick and Easy, Stress-free Experience! I called to in advance to let them know what I was looking for, and the sales associate (Keith B.) made it quick and simple. He told me what he had, and made an appointment for me to come take a look. He was available at the time we agreed, and it only took 10 minutes to work out a deal. He's a straight-shooter and cut to the chase to work something out. I can be very difficult to deal with, and Keith was very flexible and accommodating to my needs. I was in the middle of switching insurance carriers, so I scheduled my pick-up date 2 weeks later to give me enough time to get my policy in order. During that time, Keith followed up with me to obtain my new policy information so that all the paperwork would be complete by the time I got there, and the car ready to drive away. He took the initiative to call my insurance agent for me, and get the information he needed. I was pleasantly surprised at how seamless my experience was at Subaru Stamford. They've certainly exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to coming back again for my next trade-in. I had the pleasure of working with Joe as my salesperson and he was truly the best person I've ever dealt with. I spent less than 1.5 hours at the dealership split between 2 days. The first day seeing the car, and writing up the sales draft, second day being the delivery date and finalizing all paperwork. Going to a dealership is always the most dreadful part of purchasing a car and my last 2 experiences had pretty much ruined the idea of me ever buying from a dealership again. Ended up leasing a 2015 Impreza hatchback and more than 6 months later I couldn't be happier. The car is great, the experience was great, and the dealership was so easy to get to and the people were great to deal with. I came across Subaru Stamford while searching on the social media and reached out to Joe Mercaldo . I have already gotten several quotes and I presented this to Joe. Subaru Stamford so happen to have a STI in the color I wanted and they made me an offer I couldn't refuse. Once we settle on the price is was time to meet with the Finance manager. Normally this is the part that I hate about buying a car , so I came prepared. I had already been approved for a loan through my credit union with an ok % and then I met LUKE. Luke sealed the deal, I told him not to bother selling me anything I didn't already requested and he kept his word. I did get the added SUBARU GOLD warranty because its through Subaru and they back their cars 100%. LUKE also was able to get me a better % on my loan. They have earned my business. More
