Ms Courtenay, I contacted you immediately after your post. We discussed your concerns and reviewed the work that was done on your vehicle as well as the noise issue. We corrected the noise issue and also explained that new parts were used on your vehicle on this repair and previous. I also followed up after the repairs were completed to make sure everything was ok. If there are any further concerns please contact me directly.
