They were very flexible and understanding of my work schedule and did not pressure me. The professionalism, attention to detail, care, kindness and overall appreciation I received was unmatched by any other car buy experience I have had in the last 18 years I have purchased 7 cars. From my sales professional Mike to the the sales manager Ron and the simplicity and honesty of the finance with LJ, I became a loyal customer of Mastro Subaru of Tampa with confidence and trust. I look forward to years of partnership. The service department was outstanding and Nathan went above and beyond to ensure my car was ready in a timely fashion. Me and my wife took the 1 hour drive to Mastro in Tampa and we could have not been more thrilled with not only the customer service but the actual passion that they themselves have for there products. We just said this is what we like and Mike and Chris where wonderful and helped us get straight to the car that best suited us. I most definitely recommend Mastro Subaru for your 1st car or 100th. I will for sure be going back in the future. Ps we are obsessed with our 2015 xv crosstrek! More

From the time I walked into the dealership to test drive a car 1 1/2 months before my purchase to the final signature the day my car arrived, I had great contact from them and felt no pressure to buy anything. The entire team made me feel comfortable the minute I walked in the door and throughout the entire shopping experience. The were very fair to deal with and didn't play any back and forth games. The negotiations were quick and straight forward. Thank you to Jesse Pullen, Mike Gladue, and Ronnie Myles for making this a great buying experience (third one in three years!) More
