Services were provided lounge was nice and clean. However multiple times service agents admitted and shared they didn’t know about Subarus and most knew Hondas. Additionally after an over 500.00 service I as the customer had to request that the car computer have its maintenance /oil change timer programmed. They had to get the shop foreman to figure out how. This did not project an informed or knowledgeable service area. More

Subaru of Lakeland is the only place I will ever have my car serviced. I have had my car serviced since there since 2023. My service advisor Mile Brimlow always gets it done right and for the quoted price. car serviced. I have had my car serviced since there since 2023.
