Austin Smith, the service representative, worked with Subaru Corporate to reduce my expenses by half. And, while the car was being repaired, I was provided with a loaner car. (A new 2025 Subaru, which was WOW!) When I picked my car up on Saturday, it was clean inside and out, and the A/C unit works like new. Many thanks to Austin Smith, Michael at Subaru Corporate, and everyone at Subaru Lakeland involved in this exceptional experience. This was our second service visit to Subaru Lakeland. To Subaru’s credit, I could barely detect any issue while driving afterward..no damage and a slight alignment adjustment…amazing! Speaking of Service, the same word can be used…amazing! The whole dealership is a cut above the rest…and Subaru builds GREAT vehicles! More
