Love the car, hate the reliability. 2020 Outback has been in several times for Informant issues including replacing the head unit. Now they are replacing a fuel pump. At 14k miles?!?! There are so many new features now available and he knew about every one of them. (In the past, the salesperson would have to consult his computer for many of my questions.) The manager Dave Mulder & the salesman, Daniel, were very professional and courteous. They did not put any pressure on us to buy a car. Absolutely love this car! But what made the experience and purchase even better was our salesman, Clark! Such a down to earth, super guy who was able to answer all our questions. We never felt like we were being rushed or pushed into anything until we drove it a couple times. Clark handled this sale with the utmost professionalism but at the same time we got to know him a little on a personal level. It’s so important to establish a relationship to some degree when selling such a big ticket item and we can’t thank Clark enough for being patient and going above and beyond finding and hunting down the car we love!
