The service and the interaction with members of the service department were all smooth, pleasant and efficient. It's an extremely well-oiled operation and a very easy experience for the customer. I h service department were all smooth, pleasant and efficient. It's an extremely well-oiled operation and a very easy experience for the customer. I have given four stars instead of five because the car wash which was provided was not so great. The car was washed, but not dried in any way, and if I didn't want the windows, mirror, etc full of water spots, I was forced to pull over and dry it . Fortunately, I had a cloth in the car and was able to do so. It would be nice if they would do a quick dry so that the customer can just drive away without the consequence of water spots. More
