Sales staff were friendly, helpful, and patient with us as we considered our purchase. When we decided to order from the factory, we expected a long delay. This dealership took over one hour and forty-five minutes for a scheduled service. I had an appointment and this made it worse! Then they tell me my bill is almost 3 times higher than what I agreed minutes for a scheduled service. I had an appointment and this made it worse! Then they tell me my bill is almost 3 times higher than what I agreed too. There was a miscommunication on my service so I got the extra service, which I did not pay for. I paid for the service that I asked for. Unfortunately, I have no idea what was done to my car except for the oil change. They were very nice. More
