Is there a way to give negative stars? An absolutely awful experience. The GM is an xxx. So cocky and rude. Gave off "I'm better than you" vibe. The sales process was beyond terrible. Started with us having to wait 15 minutes before someone would even acknowledge us. The we were placed with someone who started a week ago and he really had no clue (he was really nice though and not his fault. No one wanted to assist him and he did try to get help). We were left outside in the cold while they tried to locate a car for us to test drive. Never got an offer for my trade ins (yes I was interested in purchasing two cars not just one but I guess that doesn't make me anyone important to them). They will never see me, my family or friends walk through their door. More

Three voice mails in a week to Edvin and finally get him on the phone today and ask why he has not returned any of the voicemails and I was told by him he was too busy to listen to his voicemail! Really! Three weeks ago he was going to send my husband the copy of the service agreement my husband purchased and he needed a copy of it. He had been asking for a copy if this for 11 months! Horrible, just horrible and when you ask gif an email address of the manager to document the issue one is told no one has the managers email address as no one is allowed to give it out. This is not service. Stay away from this dealership if you believe in service! More
Purchased a 2023 Lexus NX 350, on March 3, 2023. I purchased tire insurance for run flats. I ended up canceling it and requested a refund. After a month, I enquirer about the refund and was told, it will take 6-8 weeks. Around June 1, they asked for my loan info. Then, was told that it was sent to my car loan company. 16 weeks later, still no payment was made to my car loan. More
I just purchased my lexus UX about 30 days again i went to get the fender and windshield fix. I dropped my car off April 1st and didn't get it back until April 15th. When I first went to go pick it up afte to get the fender and windshield fix. I dropped my car off April 1st and didn't get it back until April 15th. When I first went to go pick it up after having to call to see what's going on I was told the car was ready. When I got there the car was so dirty, there was tape around the windshield and the inspection sticker had void going through it. They put the same inspection sticker back on instead of doing a new inspection. I could of gotten a Summons at anytime with my void going through my sticker also who gives a car back with take around the whole windshield??? If it's not completely ready then it's not ready. My sales person was Victor. He was so rude and act ed as If he didn't care and it was no big deal. When I finally picked up my car it was still dirty. The manager offered to give me a free detailing on my next visit. Now why wouldn't you fix the problem right then and detail the car. Why would I go back ??? What a horrible first experience after buying a cat only 30 days ago !! Never again. If you ever go to lexus of Farmingdale do not allow Victor to help you. He is bringing the company down and management didn't do enough to make me feel happy or satisfied sorry !!! More
In December 2022 I purchased my seventh Lexus, an ES350, from Stoler, After payment i was told the car came with only one key fob due to a shortage of computer chips to make the second key fob. I was inform from Stoler, After payment i was told the car came with only one key fob due to a shortage of computer chips to make the second key fob. I was informed i would receive the second key fob directly from Lexus within 90 days. When received I was to bring the new second key fob to the Stoler for programming. After the 90 day period I called Stoler about the second key fob and was told it would be sent sometime in the second quarter of 2023. This is basically more than six months after my purchase date. I only have one key for this luxury car which is unacceptable. If I were to loose or misplace my only key fob the car would have to be towed to the dealer so that a second key fob could be created. This places the onus of the problem on the paying customer and not on the seller dealer. I have never be treated like this before when purchasing a luxury vehicle. Where is the customer consideration or loyalty? The dealership continues to sell vehicles so there must be other purchasers who only have one key fob. More

I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with my recent sales experience at this dealership. I lease a new luxury car every 3 years or so (have had 2 Lexus vehicles so far) and my current Lexus Lease was sales experience at this dealership. I lease a new luxury car every 3 years or so (have had 2 Lexus vehicles so far) and my current Lexus Lease was with Atlantic before Stoler Lexus took over. I had 4 different sales people call me from the dealership and none knew that the others had already called asking me to trade my vehicle in early and stating they had great deals. I sent info back and forth via text to their reps and then they asked me to come in assuring me it wouldn't be a waste of my time. After 2 visits at the dealership and discussions with the general manager we finally negotiated a price and lease deal on a 2022 RX and they showed me the deal on paper. They then took my credit card for the deposit because the car wasn't in yet but would be arriving in a week. 10 mins later the sales guy came back saying the general manager now says sorry he can't do the deal as price is too low. I've heard about deals being ripped from people especially now with low inventory and high prices but I never experienced this before especially in luxury dealerships. Stoler Lexus was shady and didn't come through on their word and that's a real shame. I wouldn't recommend this dealership. More
