I don’t normally leave reviews, but I had a really bad experience when I bought a car from Atlantic Lexus now known as Stoler Lexus they sell me Tire insurance for five years with false statement and neve experience when I bought a car from Atlantic Lexus now known as Stoler Lexus they sell me Tire insurance for five years with false statement and never explain me certain terms on the contract just told me they will replace tire if there is any nail in tire and I keep paying insurance for tires very month but when I went to service center with nail in tire they told me that tire should have certain amount of thread so they r not able to replace and charge me for new tire my concern is why they keep charge me for insurance if they don't approve claims its xxxxxxxxx never Recommend this place and make sure don't trust them just check all paper work before sign or u will be robbed More
Went to this dealership looking for an NX 350h or NX 450h+ the salesman Ray was rude, stated that they are selling cars 10k above MSRP and rushed me out of his office. Couldn't give me an approximate PR 450h+ the salesman Ray was rude, stated that they are selling cars 10k above MSRP and rushed me out of his office. Couldn't give me an approximate PRICE on the vehicle I was looking for it anything similar. I visited several other lexus dealerships including one in Massapequa and Smithtown got much more information and was all together a better experience l. I've seen good reviews about this dealership as a whole. My advice would be to stay clear of Ray he will bleed your pockets dry. More

Went to Stoler Lexus to test drive a new RX 450h. They had no test vehicles! Got a letter in the mail saying I might qualify for a new '22 RX350 at or near my current lease price of $529/ mo and have up to 3 months of my current lease payments forgiven. Manager looked at my '19 '22 RX350 at or near my current lease price of $529/ mo and have up to 3 months of my current lease payments forgiven. Manager looked at my '19 RX350, few scratches on the door and some rim damage, basic wear and tear. informed the new lease price would be $700+. asked about finance options to buy out the lease , got 5.99% (with my 800+ credit score and 10 years of consecutive leases with lexus) from the finance manager . TFCU 4.39% when i explained this , that said they had access to TFCU also . Really? prob should have said that first before trying to rob me. Would try any other lexus dealer before heading here . I originally went to Stoler Lexus to get a comparison for a price I got from another dealer closer to my home. While there I was impressed with the way Miguel Espinosa handled the transaction. He was polite, honest and not overpowering as some salesmen are. When I asked for better pricing he went to his manager Lev Abgarian to see what they could do. Usually the salesmen come back alone with the new quote. However in my situation Lev came back with Miquel with the new offer which I accepted. Both Miquel and Lev impressed me with their knowledge of the different SUV models I was considering and their personable skills. The dealership is spotless, large and inviting. Anthony DeRosa More

I inquired about a 2022 ES 350 Ultra Luxury on Christmas Day. The following day, I received a response and exchanged messages with a salesperson who had some questions for me. The next day, the salesperson told me s/he was escalating the information to his/her managers and someone should reach out to me shortly. I never heard from the dealership again, however. Stoler Lexus ghosted me! Three days later I texted back and received no reply. I even submitted another inquiry through the website and again heard nothing. One week later, the website still shows the car is available. As a current Lexus owner, I am very disappointed. This is not the level of customer service I expect from this brand. More
