Went in with my Husband looking for a new car, We weren't sure if we would be able to by New or have to get a used car. Kristi Drinnon was awesome! We were looking for a used Beetle because we are Beetle lovers. In fact, we own a 1970 all original Beetle. Stokes VW was the closest to us so we went for a visit and we were amazed at how friendly all the lovers. In fact, we own a 1970 all original Beetle. Stokes VW was the closest to us so we went for a visit and we were amazed at how friendly all the staff were. They answered all our questions and were very polite. The sales reps were not like other dealerships. They gave me space to walk around and talk with my husband. The attitude and atmosphere were great and the showroom/bathrooms were very clean. When it game time to sit down and discuss our choice, Clarence was very helpfull. He explained everything right down to taking us to talk to the finance person. The finance person was also very helpful. He explained every paper we had to sign and what it was for. He explained the payments and all about the financing. You can tell they believe in what they sell and take pride in their dealership. I had a great experience and would highly recommend them to my friends and family who are looking for a car. More
