I read all these positive reviews and think, geez, how much money are these people getting paid to say this. My mothers car has been parked at their shop almost 2 months now. This guy Charles (collision estimator) cant even repsond to emails. When I called him out once, he lied and said, oh, I typed an email, thought it sent but it went to my drafts - Yes, thats what he wanted me to believe. I now have a 78 year old mother missing doctor appoinments because her car still sits there at their shop and I sit here still waiting on whats going on with her it. Maybe this division is different than all these postive reviews I read but I will absolutly never recommend nor ever take a car there to get it fixed again - If I could give them negative 5 stars, I would. More

Great Experience !!! My daughter was buying her first car and wanted the CX5. I stopped at the dealership and was greeted by Adrian Wilson who worked with us. I live in Tennessee so Adrian put me at ease no and wanted the CX5. I stopped at the dealership and was greeted by Adrian Wilson who worked with us.
