Great experience. Internet sales is the way to go. Friendly people who have a good time with their job which made it better for us. I requested financial assistance on line one evening and early the following day I received a response from the Stokes online Manager who informed me that the manager at Stokes Mazda would be more than happ early the following day I received a response from the Stokes online Manager who informed me that the manager at Stokes Mazda would be more than happy to assist me and that I should stop by the dealership to decide which vehicle I was interested in. upon arrival at the dealership I was greeted by a knowledgeable salesman who was patient, and down to earth. After I selected my vehicle and took the test drive, he explained my options. Later I met the staff of professionals whom not only was able to put me in a car of my choice within hours, but saved me more than $100 (per payment)than I was paying on a previously owned vehicle. I would definitely refer friends and family members to Stokes Mazda, and if I could have bought two vehicles at one time I would. One for me and One for My 20 year old son.
