I purchased my first new car here at Stokes Mazda, a beautiful brand new 2014 Mazda 3. Phil Tackett was recommended to me by the Manager of Stokes VW, where a family member recently purchased a new Volk beautiful brand new 2014 Mazda 3. Phil Tackett was recommended to me by the Manager of Stokes VW, where a family member recently purchased a new Volkswagen, and I am happy they did. Phil went above and beyond when it came to customer service; he respected my purchasing timeframe, answered every question laden email promptly and guided me through the process of buying a new car. While Phil is the Used Car Manager he is very knowledgeable of Mazda's new car lineup and was extremely helpful finding the right car for me. Since it was my first time buying, with my limited credit history I had trouble getting favorable financing, but Phil and his team advocated for me with the banks getting me a great deal that I was happy with. Phil's associate Tony Wagner, the Business Manager, was also complete pleasure to work with, he clearly explained what was what in the Loan papers and honestly told me what I needed and didn't need when it came to addons such as maintenance plans. Never thought I would ever say this especially about a car dealership and employees...BUT an OUTSTANDING experience in every regard. Phil Thickett was our salesman - answered every question I had..was ve car dealership and employees...BUT an OUTSTANDING experience in every regard. Phil Thickett was our salesman - answered every question I had..was very knowledgeable of the vehicles who and NOT ONCE did I feel pressured by him or other employees to buy now..buy now. We were then introduced to Brian the service advisor interrupted his luch to talk to us about the service side of the business..again NO PRESSURE and finally Tony Wager to do all the finacial requirements....he answered every question in language that was understandable, offered suggestions, explained about GAP insurance, maintenance plans etc.again my wife and I never experienced any SALES PRESSURE to buy the car. Our intent was to just look at the MAZDA 3, get some info the look at a NISSON.....I was so impressed and my wife elated at the way we were received and dealt with that we decided to buy the Mazda and not even look at the Nisson....our advice...for a great shopping experience, friendly and helpful employees, a great buying experience an NO PRESSURE SALES..you will NOT REGRET visiting STOKES MAZDA .
