My wife and I had determined that we were going to purchase a low mileage Toyota Camry. We thought we should drive a Honda and Mazda for comparison, just to be sure. We generally keep our cars for many years and for over 100,000 miles. We met with Phil Tackett and explained our needs. He spent an entire afternoon with us testing the Mazda6, several Camry models, and the Honda Accord. We liked the Mazda6, but were afraid we could not purchase one and remain within our budget. He and his manager were able to find us a barely used 2014. They allowed us to take the car home for the weekend to test it. I was surprised that they would do this. We loved the car and decided it was the right car for us as well as being within our price range. They offered such a good price we thought there must be a gimmick, and when we came back there would be some hidden charges. This was not the case at all, they quickly walked us through all the necessary paperwork and explained how to transfer our insurance from our old vehicle to the new one. I have already recommended Stokes Mazda to a co-worker and would have to say that they have gotten me over my fear of car shopping in the future. Many thanks to the Stokes team. More

Phil Tackett was recommended to me by the Manager of Stokes VW, where a family member recently purchased a new Volk beautiful brand new 2014 Mazda 3. Phil went above and beyond when it came to customer service; he respected my purchasing timeframe, answered every question laden email promptly and guided me through the process of buying a new car. While Phil is the Used Car Manager he is very knowledgeable of Mazda's new car lineup and was extremely helpful finding the right car for me. Since it was my first time buying, with my limited credit history I had trouble getting favorable financing, but Phil and his team advocated for me with the banks getting me a great deal that I was happy with. Phil's associate Tony Wagner, the Business Manager, was also complete pleasure to work with, he clearly explained what was what in the Loan papers and honestly told me what I needed and didn't need when it came to addons such as maintenance plans.
