I was unexpectedly in the market for a new car, and knew I wanted another Mazda. Chuck was excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable, but not at all pushy. After sale I paid to have Stokes Mazda register my new vehicle and obtain a new license plate. After a month the new license plate had not arrived I contacted the dealership. To my surprise they had not o vehicle and obtain a new license plate. After a month the new license plate had not arrived I contacted the dealership. To my surprise they had not obtained a new license plate and registration, but had without my knowledge or permission instead transferred the plate and registration from another car I owned and was driving causing the vehicle to be unregistered. When I called the dealership I was told there was nothing they could do, forcing me to go to DMV and re-register the vehicle. Once this was done I called Stokes Mazda and asked them to refund the money I paid for them to register my vehicle since I had to do what I paid them to do. They refused, which infuriated me. If you hire someone to do a job and they don’t do it why should I pay them? More

Stokes mazda service center is a disgrace. They constantly put down the wrong appointment dates and take no accountability for it. Had a very bad experience today. Went into the dealership to test drive and purchase a used car with my son. He test drove the car and loved, it the salesman was great. We set up the appointment with the dealer days earlier. On the day we had our appointment the dealer raised the price of the vehicle. They knew we were coming and still raised the price. I told them about the price change and tried to get them to come down on the price. After discussing with the salesman and his floor manager, the floor manager actually raised his voice in a very unprofessional manner. Needless to say I will not be going back there and I could not possible recommend this dealership to anyone. More
