Wow outstanding service I went into this dealership thinking I would walk away with NOTHING at all. Instead after emailing Lonnie back in forth, I was able to come down and meet with Sal. He was such a great help with getting me in the vehicle I not only wanted but DESERVED. Sal, Lonnie and their team at Stockton Hyundai gave exceptional customer service to my mother (tag along partner) and myself. We both were even able to redeem a $40 gift card. Stockton hyundai staff was the friendliest staff at a car dealer I've EVER came across. I hope they all continue to keep their positive attitudes as they did with me. Will get you th best deal and warranty. They made everything possible for me. I wasn't disappointed not once. Bathroom cleanliness was a plus. I was able to lease a brand new 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe sport. I loved everyone's upbeat attitude- please don't change you guys. Side note-they all will keep you laughing and smiling. More

PHONE CALL NO PARENT WANTS On Monday January 22, 2018 my phone rang at 4:36 am , it was my daughter Rickie , "Mommy I need you and Mario , I was just Tboned on my way to work on On Monday January 22, 2018 my phone rang at 4:36 am , it was my daughter Rickie , "Mommy I need you and Mario , I was just Tboned on my way to work on the driver side and the guy took off, I need you now" I had to get to my daughter as fast as I could 15 minutes away , not knowing if she was hurt, pinned in the car , or ok. I picked up mario from work because he dropped his phone on his way out the door that morning. Within 10 minutes I made it to my daughter. I pulled up saw she was out of the car unhurt, thank you to my daddy for always keeping us safe. She was checked out and was found with a bump on her head. Her 1993 Toyota Tercel was a total loss. That little car was good to he and kept her safe. After a few hours she called me again , " Mommy ( no mater what age they all call me Mommy) can you come get me and take me to get a car, life continues, I would like to see if I can get the Elantra . So I took her to Stockton Hyundai. We pulled up, she knew what she wanted and could afford. Chris came out and we spoke for a minute , he went and got the car she wanted. We went on a Test Drive , not just around the block but on the freeway for a few miles. Yes Rickie was still shaken from the accident but she did great. We got back and not having the best credit she was unsure she would be able to get the car she had fallen in love with. Chris asked us to let him do his job. I could not cosign , she had to do it on her own. Monday turned out to be the Lucky day for my daughter, she was unhurt from the accident and Chris and the amazing finance manager worked magic and Rickie was signing papers for a 2018 Hyundai Elentra SE . This car was her first big girl purchase , she is 29 and works hard has two beautiful step-daughters , a wonderful boyfriend, and needed a safer, bigger car for her family. I cannot stop crying happy tears each time I think of the way the whole staff at Stockton Hyundai made this happen for my daughter. I will never stop telling people how they helped her. They say on the website , good credit or bad credit we will help you . And they speak the truth. Thank you again Chris for All you have done ! More
