Service experience Horrible experience! The service that is supposed be done for my car is taking over a month to complete. Its honestly like they don't care. I was supp Horrible experience! The service that is supposed be done for my car is taking over a month to complete. Its honestly like they don't care. I was supposed to get my bumper replaced per my due bill and for a long time no one gave me a straight answer to when it would be done, when I was finally given the okay to come and pick it up it was in worse condition then what I had left it in! So I had to leave my car with them a second time for them to fix the damage they had did to my car. After I pick it up for the second time they are still not technically finished with it. The bumper has a black mark on it that they say they will buff out and for me to bring it back on Thursdays. I make my appointment for Thursday, and the paint guy that is supposed to touch up the bumper because its being buffed out calls in sick so I am forced to make an appointment for a following Thursday. When I make my appointment I am very clear that the paint guy was supposed to work on my car and I show up today and he has already left! I wasn't late! I was early, and now I have to reschedule for a third time! Honestly I cried when I left the lot and called my father to tell him what had happened. This is my first car, I saved a lot of money to get the car that I wanted and they are treating it so poorly. I will never get my car serviced here again. More
