The salesman (Chris Preciado) was an amazing person. Very professional and knowledgeable about Hyundai cars. Very friendly and so helpful. Thank you Chris and Hyundai. Plus I came back the following weekend and Chris Preciado helped me by explaining how all the Apps worked on the screen. And all the features the car has to offered. He is such a great salesman. Unable to diagnose my car problem I have a Sonata Sport that is running loud and accelerating like an Excel. Not only was my appointment not scheduled when I had called days later, I I have a Sonata Sport that is running loud and accelerating like an Excel. Not only was my appointment not scheduled when I had called days later, I was charged nearly $160 to tell me they couldn’t find a problem, when there is clearly a problem. Won’t be returning here ever again. More

Do not trust these guys I had agreed upon a deal with these guys after having an independent car inspection done by a third party as I live out of state. I had sent them my p I had agreed upon a deal with these guys after having an independent car inspection done by a third party as I live out of state. I had sent them my personal information and they had overnighted me the sales drafts and (Chris personally) told me they had put the car out back and marked it as sold. Long story short after receiving my bank check and signed sales drafts they had informed me the car was sold the day after they had overnighted me the package. I spoke with multiple people at the dealership in regards to the vehicle so they knew I had a vested interest and still sold it out from underneath me. They were rather unapologetic as well. Terrible business people. More
