Stress Free Car Buying Experience I was in the market for a Kona EV. After having bad experiences with Roseville Hyundai, Manly Hyundai in Santa Rosa, and Vacaville Hyundai, I decided I was in the market for a Kona EV. After having bad experiences with Roseville Hyundai, Manly Hyundai in Santa Rosa, and Vacaville Hyundai, I decided to search the internet for other dealers. I found Stockton Hyundai which had the rare 2019 Unlimited Battery Warranty Kona EV in stock. I checked all over California and this was probably the last one available in the state. I started working a deal over the phone and then came into the dealership the next day to try and see if I could close the deal with the MSRP, APR, and monthly payment that I wanted. I figured it would be a struggle like it had been with the previous dealerships. My wife and I worked with Chris Preciado. Unlike all the other past dealership experiences, Chris was not deceptive about anything he could or could not do. He ended up getting me my MSRP, an interest rate lower than what I expected (Special Thank You to finance dept.), and somehow got it down to the price I wanted to pay monthly (without striping features out of the car). I couldn't be happier with the result. The whole process from start to finish was only a couple hours. At other dealerships, I was still be negotiating with the possibility of a couple more hours on top of that (Which would usually just end in disappointment).
