If you are an immigrant and have recently arrived in the USA and still do not speak English well, then I do not recommend you visit this car dealership. They took advantage of the fact that I speak English USA and still do not speak English well, then I do not recommend you visit this car dealership. They took advantage of the fact that I speak English badly and imposed an additional service in the form of a tracking system without telling me about it. It's not American. I only found out about this a couple of days after buying the car. I wrote to my seller and his manager, but I did not receive a response. Most likely they deceive most of the customers in this way. That's why I don't recommend this dealership. More

Went in for oil change. My 2020 Tucson is covered under Hyundai Complimentary Maintenance plan still. Tried to tell me that I don't need an oil change based on my mileage th My 2020 Tucson is covered under Hyundai Complimentary Maintenance plan still. Tried to tell me that I don't need an oil change based on my mileage then agreed but tried to up sale me fuel injector cleaning service for like $225 after he was shocked that I only had like 94xx miles on my ODO. After the oil change, I checked my oil and it didn't look fresh. Did not change my air filter or cabin air filter. Coolant was under min line but didn't top it off. Who knows if they even rotated my tires. They dropped something on the hood of my car and tried to wipe off the chipped paint like it was going to be polished off. Not happy with my experience. G. Forbus was the service tech and the person up front in service did not introduce himself so I did not get his name but he was wearing a Carhartt beanie at the time. More
Our salesman and service was superior and we were treated well and completed all the paperwork transactions in about 2 hours which is faster than any other car purchase.
