Mr. Pease - thank you for taking my call. As I told you on the call we had you looking at the vehicle remotely and another guest here in the showroom at the same time. They went into the business office to sign paperwork on it with a different sales person. I am very sorry that this happened. Unfortunately it does happen from time to time that we have multiple customers looking at the same vehicle at the same time. I appreciate you listening to me and talking through this situation. I know the end result is the same but I feel like our conversation helped in understanding how things happened. As I told you our reputation means a lot to us and we would never do anything intentionally to upset one of our guests. I sent an email directly to Kelly asking him to, "call me first thing in the morning". He didn't. He did call after I posted a negative review. He admitted that as Sales Manager, he didn't know what vehicles his staff had sold or were working on selling. He said another customer was in the office for 4 hours working on a similar deal with another salesperson...and he didn't know. If "multiple customers are looking at the same vehicle at the same time"...and it happens from "time-to-time" they should fix the issue of agreeing to sell the same vehicle to two or more customers. In the communication business, we communicate. In the car business, they apparently like to be surprised and bewildered! I can't imagine their daily fun.

Mr. Pease - When you sent your email requesting a call in the morning, I replied within 5 minutes asking you you were asking Carter, your salesperson, or myself to give you a call and asked you how early I could call you. I never received a response. Carter then reached out to you that evening when he noticed that the vehicle you were looking to purchase was driving out of the dealership because it was sold by another salesperson. Again I am sorry that this happened, it doesn't happen every day. As I explained to you that pre-owned vehicles are 1 of 1 and none are the same. It is a shame that this happened. Kelly Blackwell
