Buying a vehicle is a big deal, and over the years this dealership has made that experience feel easier, calmer, and a lot more personal than I ever expected. I only worked with Cathy one time, but that one experience really stood out to me. She was kind, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right away. She treated me with respect, answered my questions, and made the whole process feel smooth and pleasant. Even though it was only once, it was enough for me to remember how good that experience was. Most of my other experiences have been with Asher in finance, and I truly cannot say enough good things about him. He has been consistently amazing every time I’ve worked with him. He makes the finance process feel simple and stress-free, which means so much when you are making such an important purchase. He is patient, thoughtful, professional, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. I never feel rushed or confused when I sit down with him, and that kind of peace of mind matters. What I appreciate most is that Cathy and Asher both made me feel like more than just another customer. They were genuine, helpful, and easy to work with, and that kind of care is not something you find everywhere. The entire experience felt pleasant and effortless, and I am grateful for that. I would absolutely recommend Stivers Ford of Birmingham to anyone looking for a dealership that values its customers and makes the car-buying process feel much less stressful.
