I am very disappointed that my 2023 Explorer with 64000 miles needed new hex nuts. On 2/7, Luke was very nice and helpful and explained you didn’t have any but would have them by today and quoted $136. T miles needed new hex nuts. The service tech today charged $170–he also wrote on the service that I decided I wanted new hex nuts as the reason for ticket. I only got them changed because I was told by your dealer that I needed them. I have owned Lexus and other cars with 300,000 miles and never changed lug nuts. I believe Luke told me what he was told by mechanic but the whole experience was very unsatisfactory—in addition, I am very disappointed that my Ford was built with cheap parts. Not what I expect from ford or its dealers. One bright spot, Luke tried to be helpful. More
