Was told they would replace a tail light that was broke at time of purchase. Drove 90 miles to have the work done and they sent me home without replacing the tail iight. I am the Fleet manager for National Mill Maintenance in Birmingham Al. I have recently began using Stivers and have teamed up with Kalyn Falls, she's is excellent and has acquired all of my business so far Birmingham Al. I have recently began using Stivers and have teamed up with Kalyn Falls, she's is excellent and has acquired all of my business so far. We had a truck break down on the side of 65 today and I contacted Kalyn, she jumped into action helping. I later found out she is off work until next week, that that meant she bent over backwards helping her customers on her time off.
