Leasing A Car I was researching for a few months and actually dealt with both James and Brian T. on two different occasions for two separate vehicles. Each time I requested an online quote I received email communication right away and had the quote within 24 hrs- that is of course the best they can give without personal details (like credit score, trade in value etc). I will say at one point the email communication ceased and I had to reach out by phone, but then it was smooth sailing. I felt welcomed overall and ended up leasing a new forester, at what was a great deal reached after much negotiation. But I felt good driving away understanding the terms and happy with the car. I took the email in on Saturday and was informed that the person who sent the email was on vacation. And the salesperson who I was lucky enough to have met (Dave Ashbaugh) didn't skip a beat. He got me to the car I was interested in, hopped in the back seat to go for a ride with my my wife an 6yr old son, telling me "Drive it like you own it." Once we got in and at the desk, he readily honored the quoted price and made the process very easy. The entire experience was great! My wife, 6 yr old son and I have worked and waited to get this car and we were beyond pleased with the experience on the purchase of this car.
