Left happy, 3.5 hours later they screwed me I drove over an hour to this dealers lot. After test driving an automobile, I signed a "memo of understanding" to purchase a car that they had accepte I drove over an hour to this dealers lot. The arrangement was for me to return home and travel back the next morning with my wife to completely pay for the car and drive it home. It was to be my daughters 18th birthday present. I left the dealer around 4pm. I received a call a couple minutes before they closed same day @ 7pm stating that they sold the car out from under me! After the deal, I didn't bother looking at other dealers inventory because "we had a deal". Complete waste of a day. More

The service department is great to work with also, never trying to sell us something we don't need and always explaining repairs and maintenance thoroughly. Our Honda vehicles have been reliable and comfortable with good gas mileage- and you just can't beat how they hold their value when it's time to trade in or trade up. Best price in the region, easiest new car experience After deciding on the vehicle I wanted I tried to get prices from every dealer in the region and from some in the puget sound area. Many dealers were not easily forthcoming with a price, and worse could be said about some. Nathan called me with a price that was well below all the others I had been able to get (though they were willing to match it), and didn't try to peddle a bunch of things I didn't need. At the dealership, everything was very straightforward. Options were offered, but not pushed. Greg in the finance office was also very low key with clear explanations. Some other dealers also try hard to provide a low stress sales experience, but they didn't come as close to shedding the car saleperson stereotype as the folks at Stirling did. Next time I'm looking for a new car, I'll definitely include Stirling, with high expectations. More
