Fluid change Had an appointment for oil change only, got there & found I needed all fluids changed, they where books solid but squeezed me in for the oil & differ Had an appointment for oil change only, got there & found I needed all fluids changed, they where books solid but squeezed me in for the oil & differential and booked me for the transmission for the next week. Very friendly and acomidating. 2 thumbs up to the service crew. They made room for me rather than reschedule the differential fluid change, time constraints was the only reason they couldn't get the transmission at the same time. Good service is priceless, they definitely provide good service. More

And I definitely know from help above- no doubt at all. Thank you Jesus and thank you all. So this last Saturday I was driving to work out of town and my engine blew. I babied my car to enterprise to get a rental, they didn't have none and told me the closest was Vancouver or Centralia. Lol of course my car wouldn't make it, it wouldn't even go above 10mph. So I called Stirling Honda hoping they might do rentals. Pat answered the phone and he said u fortunately they don't , only in the case of a customer getting their car repaired and then they do. He asked me to tell him what was going on, so I did and he asked if I could get to them and come talk. Needless to say he heard me before he saw me, and then my story goes even bleaker. So I had just started a wonderful job and just ended another the evening before. I did not have any money nor obviously a trade in, but they somehow did wonders and made the impossible possible. They put me in a 2016 and got me financed, used my blown car and my last few hundred of dollars to bless me to keep my new job and not be stranded in the streets out of town. I called Stirling Honda, spoke to a sales representative named Jace, and told him that I was interested in the above mentioned vehicle, for which I had the inventory number. There was no attempt to change my mind or up-sell me, Jace simply told me that he would pull it to the front. My wife and I arrived at the dealership, Jace greeted us immediately, went over the vehicle with us and allowed us a test drive. The purchasing process was smooth as well, no one at the dealership tried to push any outlandish offers on us, and were very attentive and respectful. I have purchased quite a few cars over the years, and this was, hands down, the best dealership experience I have had. If you want to buy a Honda, this is the place to go. More
