Disappointment Terrible service department who can never fix anything. They act like nothing is wrong or better yet blame the problems with the car on your cell phon Terrible service department who can never fix anything. They act like nothing is wrong or better yet blame the problems with the car on your cell phone. Problems and parts to be ordered were put off. Takes many visits and multiple calls for simple things to be fixed and others are still left unfixed on a new vehicle. The problem lies with the supervision, Tom does not follow up with his techs nor does he follow up with his customers. Very disappointed with Honda's service department. More

Colton Meakin was great. I called and made a appointment with Nate Persin but when I arrived he was no where to be found like he forgot about the appointment. Luckily Colton Meakin was there and instead of buying a used Toyota Vensa I bought a 2017 Honda CR-V. Colton was very nice and answered all my questions and did not pressure me into buying my car. He just showed me other options that I had there. I am happy that I bought a 2017 instead of a 2015 used car. When I came back with my husband on Sunday Colton was there with all the paperwork ready to go so we did not spend all day at the dealership were were in and out in about 2 hours. Again Thanks to Colton. It was worth the drive from Vancouver WA.. More

Living in the Vancouver, WA area we have access to Portland and Vancouver dealerships. Our freqent visits to support family in Longview (Stirling Honda) make the location an easy choice for follow up service. Jace did well explaining the vehicle and gave us rather free reign to drive where we chose. He presents well and represents Stirling well. The finalizing of the deal came out as well as or better than expected. Thanks you Stirling Honda and Jace. More
