Awesome Buying Experience!! Was looking for a 2017 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition (hard to find) and Stirling Honda was going to be receiving one in a few days. We asked if they h Was looking for a 2017 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition (hard to find) and Stirling Honda was going to be receiving one in a few days. We asked if they had an RTL-E model (same vehicle other than colors) that we could look at and/or test drive, and they did. As we pulled in, we fell in love with the lunar silver metallic RTL-E model that was in the lot. Took it for a test ride and ultimately purchased the truck. From the 1st phone call to the final handshake was fantastic. No pressure, no haggling over price or our trade-in. The whole process was friendly and shockingly quick. Again, zero pressure to buy! Best auto buying experience ever..! More

Like the rig, not the service. Recently bought a 2014 F-150 from Stirling Honda in Longview. Truck has been great but when I bought it I was told I would recieve two keys. I went in Recently bought a 2014 F-150 from Stirling Honda in Longview. Truck has been great but when I bought it I was told I would recieve two keys. I went in again to get my plates and asked about the second key and was told that Jace would get back to me. This never happened and I even tried calling him and he didn't pick up although he had every time before i bought the truck. I've looked into a new key and they a few hundred bucks to get made. Just leaves a bad taste in my mouth that after spending 30k at a place they will treat you like that. More
