We were very surprised to find out there was not even one on their lot. I immediately felt our day would be filled with high pressure salesmen trying to sell us a "second choice" car that I was not even interested in in the first place. Like many people, my many experiences of purchasing a vehicle have left the impression in my mind that most dealerships feel like they’re doing me the favor, not the other way around. Ferman did say however to try Stingray Chevrolet, Plant, City, FL. My wife called Stingray and we were told to see Sales manager, Mike Hinton. As we drove into Stingray's lot, we were shocked to see a huge parking lot filled with a large volume of new and used cars. I was very impressed when we met Mike. He told us to hop in the golf cart so we could view all the 2011 Impala LT's. Mike put my wife and I at ease with his professional courtesy and knowledge. He stated he was here to serve us find the right model we wanted. He made us feel like we were in the driver's seat and not the other way around. Besides the real truth is that the Impala LT model we selected sold itself! Mike was not pushy which was like a breath of fresh air! My wife fell in love with model she test drove. After we agreed on the price, Mike took us to the Service Department so we would know where to bring the vehicle, and he explained the procedures. Mike also worked all the particular details out of our choice He was by far the best sales person I have ever come across in 45 years of purchasing vehicles. The Finance Manager, Mike Dennis was awesome! The entire process was not drawn out and lengthy, leaving you completely drained like other dealerships. He gave us the best deal and we saved over $500.00 in our finance contract. Again, as far as I'm concerned, Stingray Chevrolet is by far the best dealership around central Florida! My Cruze is the first new car I have ever purchased that I did not remove the dealer's badge. I am PROUD of my experience with Stingray, and if my hot car sends shoppers their way; so be it!!
