Went to the dealership to check out a specific vechile I had seen on social media. It was there and the sales person (JC) provided us with excellent service. We actually test drove the vehicle and ended up had seen on social media. It was there and the sales person (JC) provided us with excellent service. All employees are super nice. My main complaint is that it’s really hard to get an appointment just for service. If I get there first thing on a Saturday morning they can usually My main complaint is that it’s really hard to get an appointment just for service. If I get there first thing on a Saturday morning they can usually do an oil change but often times can’t do the tire rotation (which is part of a maintenance plan that I paid extra for). I have tried to get an appointment up to 3 months out and everything was already full. More
