The dealership shuffled me around to various personnel to avoid fixing problems with my vehicle. I've had 4 service reps since my Jan purchase. Managers are never available to talk to customers. Lisa Rice was absolutely wonderful and went out of her way to help me with the free oil change that I had After I left the dealership, my tires were messing up with a sensor or something, and Sean was abs way to help me with the free oil change that I had After I left the dealership, my tires were messing up with a sensor or something, and Sean was absolutely wonderful. Got me back in there the next weekend when it was convenient for me and fixed everything.
