Charles assisted greatly locating a vehicle we desired that was not currently in stock and had the vehicle delivered quickly. Charles introduced my wife and I to members of the service and parts departments to help us with future contacts as well as conducting a tour of this unbelievable dealership. In my research I read many other positive ratings of Stingray Chevrolet. We drove 92 miles, past numerous other car dealerships, just to experience Stingray Chevrolet. We were not disappointed in any manner. There is no question as to where I will go when I buy the next Corvette. More

We had just started looking for a trade & since Sting-Ray is close to home, we went there first. It also turned out to be the last. We had no need to look any furtherafter meeting Coby Treasure. He led us to where those models where & actually the 1st vehicle we looked at became the one we bought. The rest of the experience was just as smooth as finding the "right" car. Coby asked us a few questions & then after having to wait a bit (simply because there were other buyers ahead of us) we were taken to meet Anthony Edwards. Again after a a short while ,the paper work was completed totally to our satisfaction and we left with our new car. In all my years of buying or trading in vehicles, this was absolutely the most plesant car buying experience I have ever had. Sting Ray Chevrolet has the right idea as far as the way they have their sales & finance people treat the customers, from the time you arrive until the time you leave, it should be a very pleasant experience. Coby Treasure was just that a real treasure to deal with & if anyone asks me about where to go to see abaut a new car, I will tell definitely to go to Sting Ray Chevrolet & ask for Coby Treasure. We made two visits to Stingray. We liked the "no pressure" sales approach experienced on the first visit. Coby met us in the parking lot as we were walking around and introduced himslef. He was courteous and helpful, without pressuring my husband or me to buy. He answered all of our questions and showed us the specific vehicle model we described to him. We explained that we were looking at other dealers, and he gave us his card (I liked that he did not ask for our phone number) and said he hoped he would see us again. We visited two other dealers (one Chevrolet and one Ford) the same day. The other Chevrolet dealer salesperson was new on the job and did not know his product; needless to say, it did not instill confidence in us. The Ford dealer salesperson was too talkative and came across as high pressure. Both asked for our contact information right off the bat, rather than putting all the emphasis on meeting our needs. The credit manager was friendly and immediately made us feel comfortable talking with him. He was very thorough in his explanations and willing to answer any questions. We would recommend Stingray to friends and family. More
