She walks in the doors and they Point her to Raul which then he says we just sold the vehicle. What happened to customer service? What happened to the call to the person that is on the way with an appointment to tell them that the vehicle is being sold? It takes a lot longer than an hour to sell a vehicle. A courtesy call would have been nice so my wife didn't drive all the way out there by herself as I'm still at work and could not accompany her. This is wrong and Raul was not apologetic at all. A Waste of Time This dealer has all the tools on there web site and they either don't work or they don't use them. They have a button that says Shop, Click, Drive, Cr This dealer has all the tools on there web site and they either don't work or they don't use them. They have a button that says Shop, Click, Drive, Create your own deal. So I found the truck I wanted so I clicked the button. It valued my trade, asked me for credit information, interest rates and gives you a total. Then you fill out your appointment time to test drive the vehicle. Sounds good so far. Then Ryan call me to see what time I wanted to come in for the test ride. He said he didn't get all the information yet. So I tell him and he says great see you then. Then I go to the dealer for my appointment and it's with some other sales man that I have never heard of. He's tied up trying to sell someone else so I waited around 20 minuets for him to get done. Then we have him. I ask him if he knows what truck we are here to test drive and he says NO. I then give him the papers I printed to bring with me and he says hold on I'll be right back. He comes back and tells me all those special trucks had been sold with a list of what was available for me to look at. I asked him why nobody called me to let me know that the truck was sold. Horrible first impression!!! Took my truck in for a service trailer break system error that has been an on going issue. Service manager Bruno wasn't much help with the cocky attit Took my truck in for a service trailer break system error that has been an on going issue. Service manager Bruno wasn't much help with the cocky attitude. He was more interested in pushing me to pay $800 upfront although I explained the issue and could have easily been looked at. Instead he continued to be sarcastic as if I had no clue what I was talking about. My most recent service advisor provided work documents that shows where the issues has been coming from but Bruno had no interest in being helpful. He even made the remark it's not his job to get approval from GM to handle the problem cause it's not under warranty. News flash this is a sensory issues with has to do with electrical which means I AM COVERED under warranty. Stingray I recommend retraining this man otherwise you might have more negative reviews turning people to other chevy dealers More

Mike Miller, service advisor were great. No question asked he gave me a loaner I even could choose. He kept my car over the weekend and solved the problem. I picked it up Monday in almost no time.
