My advisor, Dorinda Phillips could not guarantee that they could get to my car the same day so I was given a loaner vehicle. My car however was ready by the end of the day. Better then most Chevrolet dealerships I put over 200 mile a day on my truck so I rack up the miles quickly. The service department is awesome. I come in once a month for an oil change and I put over 200 mile a day on my truck so I rack up the miles quickly. The service department is awesome. I come in once a month for an oil change and they have me back on the road with in 30 mins everytime. I had the transmission replaced in my truck at another chevy dealership closer to my house and they had my truck for a combined of 2 weeks. I just recently had the transfer case replaced at stingrays and I had my truck back in 24 hours. If you want something done right with awesome service advisors in a timely manner..... go to stingrays Chevrolet! See joe Platt he will take care of you! More

Great experience I was very happy with my purchase with the help of Vince. Felt confident he was helping me find a truck to pull my travel trailer with no problems. I felt they worked with me on the price at least some. The only disappointing experience was concerning the detailing of truck . I was told it would be spotless for me. Since it was parked under cover with black interior, I did not see the dirty finger marks all over the glove box, the dash was dusty, doors had not been wiped down, they had finger marks on them also. Back window was streaked. Just thought a detail job would be better than that. Vince called just as I got home and I told him what I had observed . More
