Dealership has had my car longer than I have owned it I have owned my truck for 6 weeks and was only able to drive it 2 weeks. They couldn’t figure what the problem was and gave us a terrible loaner (a Ch I have owned my truck for 6 weeks and was only able to drive it 2 weeks. 40 day turn around. No excuses Dealer had my car for over 40 days and was awaiting parts. Didn’t bother to check other dealership for parts or escalate with GM. During the 40 day stay my car door was not closed right which allowed water to leak inside. Car smelled musty. Went out of my way to this large dealership hoping for excellent service.
