Oil change that resulted in engine failure Took car for oil change with no issues. Drove 105 miles and the car engine failed and now has to be replaced. Horrible service Can’t believe the service I got. Paid $1000 to have repairs done only for my engine to be blown a week later. Left 5 or 6 messages for the so called service director Justin Lawson. Never had the decency or the fortitude to call me back one time. Even got charged an extra $137 for a diagnostic when it was brought back in for the problem that was supposedly fixed. I will never buy another vehicle or recommend Stingray Chevrolet to anyone else ever again. As a business owner I am appalled by the lack of customer service and follow up by all involved in the situation. More
