Ricky the service writer was great and the service was done with no problem. But I was very disappointed the condition of my Vette at the time of pick up. The exterior was extremely dirty with bird droppi done with no problem. But I was very disappointed the condition of my Vette at the time of pick up. The exterior was extremely dirty with bird dropping and cat hair all over it. And the interior was covered with cats paws print and hair like they left the window for days. I took photos. Not expecting to be details like my other vehicle dealership, Lexus and Mercedes. But this was really unacceptable and someone at your dealership should of notice and done something before I pick it up. I am a long time Chevy owner and always have a Vette and other chevy vehicles. More

I had my car in the shop for over a month for a “false code”. In retrospect, I was very open and honest about why I brought the car in. Based in my description of the problem, it seems likely that it was code”. In retrospect, I was very open and honest about why I brought the car in. Based in my description of the problem, it seems likely that it was a false code and this could’ve been triaged and corrected quickly. I could’ve had my car back and allow the repair folks to focus on cars that require actual repairs. Dorinda gave me false information that Ferman did not work on transmissions. They did and they were not as backed up as Stingray. I am a Tampa Bay Vettes member and a proud owner of a Corvette. When i had a BMW and brought the car in, i was given a comparable BMW as a loaner. When I asked about a Corvette loaner the response was that unless i was the owner, I was not getting a Corvette. Is this person more important than me, the customer? At the end, Stingray tried to charge me when I was still under factory warranty. As a side note, Dorinda told me it was only$100, but the bill was for $183. I won’t be back. There is no benefit for a Tampa Bay Vettes member, so i will be going to Ferman. Shame, i really enjoyed the ride out there. More

There was one(1) ignorant person that was not willing to go that extra mile, he just needed to understand & listening to my question and then follow up with the fiance department/usa bank as this was an international deal from the St.Martin - USA. He was LITERALLY willing to let the deal die of a natural death!!!!!. But as stated above Neal didn't allow this to happen i assume he's the man in charge at this location and value interested/paying customers that are ready & willing to purchase a vehicle More

Took my 2012 corvette to Stingray for an oil change. This was my first time dealing with this dealership, was totally impressed with the service writer and the prompt attention to my car.
