No regular communication from service writer letting you know whether your part is in or not. Customer Service Manager didn't explain that if you drop off your car to be repaired it wont be until after the know whether your part is in or not. Then when I showed up to get my car because I could not wait as I needed it to get my wife to a doctors appointment, She tells me not ton talk to her like she is Satan... got new appointment for the following week, went in and was going to wait on it this time, was there 45 minutes all to find out the part they had for my car was damaged and could not make the repair with no idea as to when the new part will be in.. I had been that I could have the truck brought in on Tuesday and they might be able to do a diagnostic test sometime that week but they might not be able to repair until the next week.
