It's one of the cleanest used cars I've ever seen! This was my first big vehicle purchase and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase from Stillwell Ford. The people there are always nice. Had a problem with a car we bought a few years ago and there was a recall and they gave us a loaner that was just as nice as ours. The purchase of my 2021 Ford Platinum Explorer was an exceptional experience because of my awesome Stillwell Ford Sales Consultant, Christopher Finch!!!!! His friendly and professional demeanor made the exceptional experience because of my awesome Stillwell Ford Sales Consultant, Christopher Finch!!!!! His friendly and professional demeanor made the purchase an extremely rewarding and enjoyable experience. Christopher’s knowledge of the vehicle was impeccable as he was able to answer all the questions I had pertaining to the options I was considering. Once I told him what I wanted in the vehicle he was able to locate one within one day, had it shipped to Stillwell Ford the next day and had it delivered to me at my house two days later! Wow, I really loved the delivery to my house as it made things so much easier for me! When I called my insurance agent to cancel my trade-in vehicle coverage as well as add my new Explorer to my policy Christopher was one step ahead of me and had already done everything through my agent. I found that to be unbelievable as that has never been done for me before when I purchased a new vehicle. I don’t have any recommendations or suggestions for Stillwell Ford to improve the sales experience other than to continue to keep doing what you’re doing by focusing on your superior customer service and satisfaction.
