David was not the "wheeler dealer" type; not the cold, hard sell that is quite common in car salesmanship. Instead, he was extremely friendly, quite humorous, very informative and beyond helpful. He took the time to explain things on the phone and didn't rush us in. He sent us several great, available options via e-mail. When we arrived in person, David immediately came out to greet us and allowed us to test drive the vehicle we were interested in, alone (which we enjoyed being able to do). The positive experience continued throughout the entire process; he offered us an exceptional price on a new vehicle, was able to meet my desired and previously quoted cost on trade-in, offered top-notch financing options and even threw in some extras for us. Car-buying typically is not an enjoyable experience, but David and the team at Stillman Volvo actually turned it into a very positive experience.
