Great dealership, poor follow up by business manager I have been servicing my Volvo at Stillman Volvo for 6 years. Their service, both expertise and professionalism is truly the best. However, I cannot I have been servicing my Volvo at Stillman Volvo for 6 years. Their service, both expertise and professionalism is truly the best. However, I cannot say the same for their business manager, sadly. Recently I took my Volvo in for a checkup and found that I needed a major item that would cost over $!,000. I had an additional warranty and thought this would cover it. Well... that warranty had just expired two months ago. I didnt think it did since I hadnt gotten an option to extend this warranty and you almost always do. Then, just a week later, I got a blanket letter from Mr. Molinaro offering an extension of my warranty that had already expired! I called a couple times and left messages for Mr. Molinaro to ask why they were not more attentive in sending this warranty extension offer out more timely. It would have saved me quite a bit of money! I never got a call back from Mr. Molinaro. This poorly timed warranty offer coupled with the lack of professionalism in not returning a loyal Stillman customer, warrants this poor rating. The Stillman dealership is much better than this and I as a customer deserve much better than this! More

She addresses any concerns you have about your vehicle and won't stop her work until you are satisfied. Our needs have changed from a sedan for the two of us to a SUV for us and our kids, and Denise has been a big help in explaining why certain features and add ons will help our changing needs, but just as importantly explaining away the features and add ons that aren't necessary given our changing needs. There's no hustle or upselling pressure when dealing with Denise. A true professional. The service department is also a pleasure to work with. Volvo has a very strong complimentary scheduled service and maintenance program, which we have extended on all of our cars. Not once - not once - has anyone at Stillman tried to discourage or avoid a service, repair, etc. They stand by what they sell, cars, warranties, all of it. Buying from Denise was so pleasant - she was very professional and kindhearted. She was also extremely knowledgeable about the product and helped me narrow down what options and features were the best for my needs, and took time to go over the dealer inventory in detail with me. The vehicle price was fair, and my trade was valued at KBB which is always good. Stillman had a vehicle in stock with all of the features I desired, and none extra, in the color I liked best which made the decision to purchase easy. The dealership also has a fun play area for kids and was very family friendly. More
