Interstate Car Buying Experience My wife & I have been shopping for the right Used Volvo S60 for a few months. In Maine where we live there were very few S60 in the used S60 to choose from and most were out of our budget. We extended our search to the mid-atlantic and south-east US in hopes of finding one that had not seen "Maine Winters". We had a profoundly poor shopping experience in the South East and decided to only consider a certified pre-owned. When I contacted David he was very helpful in reviewing the car with me, sending very detailed photos, and service inspection information. Due to the popularity of this car I had concerns that after driving 9 hours to see it it would be sold. Ted kindly held the car for me the day I drove down to ensure my trip would not be wasted. As David was off that wednesday Scott handled the sale. Scott really went out of his way to help me turn in my rental and give me a ride back to the dealership. I even got a short tour if the beautiful area there in West Chester. All three of these gents were excellent to work with. The car was just what my wife has been looking for. I’ve been looking for a good deal on a Volvo S60 Polestar and found a great price at Stillman Volvo. When I called on it, Dave Parry picked up and informed me that the incentives ended 9/30… the day I called. I made a down payment over the phone. Stillman Volvo is out of state for me and not near where I live. David worked me through the financials over email and through Fed-X. He was always helpful, engaged and kept communication going either through me or my wife so I was always up-to-date on needs and progress. He even arranged for shipment to my house, a full tank of gas and plates – just over a week from when I first contacted him. I’ve been a Volvo customer for years and if I lived near Westchester PA, I would be a Stillman’s Volvo customer and David Parry would be my Sales person. I have to say that I consider myself lucky to have had David Parry pick up the phone when I called. He was helpful, efficient and a pleasure to work with… and I love the new car More
